Building Connections Through Peace Circles at KIPP One Primary
KIPP One Primary launched Peace Circles following a staff training, and the response from students has been both enthusiastic and engaging. These initial circles provided students with meaningful opportunities to reflect on their lives by sharing about people they can rely on and those they value, as well as discussing what they value about themselves. The positive impact and high level of student engagement during these sessions have been encouraging. Looking ahead, we’re excited to continue integrating community circles across all of our schools this school year, fostering a stronger sense of connection and support throughout our network.
